Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all equipment rental services provided by Bharat IT System (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “Client”). By placing a rental order, you accept these Terms in full. A signed rental agreement or purchase order may supplement these Terms for specific engagements.

Equipment is offered on daily, weekly and monthly rental plans. Minimum rental duration varies by equipment category and is stated on each product page. The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the date of pickup or confirmed return. Extensions are available on request and billed at the then-applicable rate.

Long-term rental discounts are offered exclusively to corporate and business clients holding a valid GST registration. These discounts do not apply to individual or personal rentals. Current tiers:

• Rentals of 3 months or longer: up to 10% off standard monthly rates
• Rentals of 6 months or longer: up to 15% off standard monthly rates
• Rentals of 12 months or longer: up to 20% off standard monthly rates

Discounts are applied to the committed rental term, cannot be combined with other offers, and are subject to a signed rental agreement. If a discounted rental is terminated early by the Client, we may re-invoice the elapsed period at the rate applicable to the actual duration completed.

Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Same-day delivery is available in Delhi NCR for orders confirmed before noon, subject to stock. Nationwide shipping timelines are indicative, not guaranteed. Basic installation and configuration are included; complex site setups may be quoted separately. Risk in the equipment passes to you on delivery; title remains with us at all times.

Invoices are raised in advance for the agreed billing cycle and are payable within the period stated on the invoice. A refundable security deposit may be required based on equipment value and rental duration. GST is charged as applicable and a GST invoice is provided for all business rentals. Overdue amounts may attract interest at 1.5% per month and suspension of support or recall of equipment.

You agree to use the equipment with reasonable care, in suitable environmental conditions, and only for lawful business purposes. You must not sell, sublease, pledge, modify, open, or repair the equipment, remove asset tags, or move it to a different site without our written consent.

You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until return. Accidental damage, loss or theft must be reported within 24 hours. Repairs arising from misuse, and replacement of lost or irreparably damaged equipment, are chargeable at fair market value less normal wear. We recommend Clients include rented equipment under their own insurance for the rental period.

Hardware faults not caused by misuse are covered: we provide remote support and, where a fault cannot be resolved, a replacement unit — typically before the faulty unit is returned. Support is available 24/7 by phone and email.

You are responsible for backing up and removing your data before return. Every returned device undergoes certified data erasure (NIST 800-88 aligned) and is re-imaged before its next rental. You are responsible for licensing any software you install beyond what we pre-configure.

Either party may terminate with written notice as per the agreed rental term. We may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or insolvency, and recover the equipment. On termination you must make all equipment available for pickup in good working condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any rental is limited to the rental charges paid for the affected equipment in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
