Enquiry details you submit through our quote form: name, company, email address, phone number, equipment requirement and rental duration.

Business records created if you rent from us: contact details, billing information, GST registration and delivery addresses.

Technical data necessary to operate the website securely, such as IP addresses in server logs used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

To respond to your enquiries and prepare rental quotations.

To deliver, support and invoice rental services.

To meet legal obligations, including GST and accounting requirements.

To protect the website and our systems from abuse.

The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies set are essential session cookies for the administrative area used by our own staff.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Enquiry details are delivered to our sales team via our email provider (Google Workspace) and stored in our own systems. We share information with third parties only where necessary to provide the service (e.g. delivery partners) or where required by law.

Enquiry records are retained while relevant to a potential or ongoing business relationship. Billing records are retained as required by Indian tax law. Rented devices returned to us undergo certified data erasure before any reuse — your data does not persist on returned equipment.

The website is served over HTTPS; administrative access is authenticated, rate-limited and locked after repeated failed logins; enquiry data is stored on access-controlled servers with regular backups.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to sales@bharatitsystem.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
