What is the minimum rental duration?
Most equipment can be rented from 1–7 days depending on the category. Event tech like tablets and displays is available for single-day rentals; servers and firewalls have a 15-day minimum.
Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?
Yes — we ship nationwide across India. Delhi NCR gets same-day delivery for orders placed before noon; most metros receive equipment within 24–48 hours.
What happens if a device fails during my rental?
We ship a configured replacement immediately — before you return the faulty unit. For business-critical rentals in metro areas, replacements typically arrive within hours.
Is my data safe on returned devices?
Every returned device undergoes certified data erasure (NIST 800-88 compliant) and is re-imaged before its next rental. Erasure certificates are available on request.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Orders of 10+ units qualify for volume pricing, and long-term rentals (3+ months) receive significant monthly discounts. Mention your quantity in the quote form.
